I want to learn Japanese.

After applying for a language teacher, we will find an instructor from among our volunteers to match the time and days requested by you. Please visit the Reinan Center and fill out the application available there.

Can I learn foreign languages at the Reinan Center?

While we do not currently hold language courses other than Japanese at the Reinan Center, groups studying Chinese and English independently meet here frequently, and we will gladly introduce you to them.

I want to make friends with foreign nationals.

At the FIA Reinan Center, we hold many events, cross-cultural courses, and other gatherings that draw many participants from among foreign residents. These events are an excellent way to meet and get to know foreign nationals living in Fukui Prefecture.
Teaching Japanese to foreign residents can be an excellent way to meet and befriend them. If you are interested in sharing your language as a native speaker of Japanese while getting to know foreign nationals, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Do you have parking available?

As we do not have our own parking for visitors, we encourage anyone visiting the Reinan Center to come by public transportation if at all possible. Pay parking in the vicinity is listed on the website.
