We have two parking lots, one on the west side of our building (holds approximately 40 cars)
and another at the front entrance (accommodating approximately 10 cars), for the exclusive use of FIA visitors.
When using the west lot, fill in your license plate number on your parking ticket and have it validated at either the office or Information and Consultation Corner.
You will be unable to leave the parking lot without having your ticket validated.

In the event that our parking lots are full, please use metered parking around the FIA.
During certain events an additional temporary parking lot is opened for FIA visitors.
Please contact the even organizer for details.

In case of renting your facility, are food and drink allowed inside the building?

It depends on the facility you rent and the type of food and drink.
Please ask us for details. Any garbage after eating and drinking must be removed by the organizer.

Please tell me about lunch box and catering services.

Can we eat inside FIA Plaza?

We have pastries, coffee, and other food and drink available at the Coffee Corner on the 1st floor,
operating from 9:00 to 17:00 Tuesday through Sunday.

Is there an ATM inside the FIA Plaza?

We do not have an ATM inside the building. Please visit the nearest banking facility or convenience store.

Do you offer photocopying services?

We have a coin-operated copier located next to the Information & Consultation Corner on the 1st floor (10 Yen per black-and-white copy).
When the Information & Consultation Corner is closed, copying is available at the main office located on the 1st floor.

How do I get to FIA Plaza from JR Fukui Station?

For access to FIA Plaza, please refer to the map below.
It takes approximately 15 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by taxi from JR Fukui Station.

Can I have some old foreign newspapers?

Newspapers from within the past 3 months are held on reserve for the use of patrons.
Editions older than that can be relinquished by the FIA.
Please call to verify availability, and to arrange a time to pick them up.

Passport

Can I have certificate photos taken there?

Although we have no certificate photo service,
there are several places around FIA Plaza where you can have your certificate photos taken.
For details, please inquire Passport room (0776-38-8820).

Are revenue stamps and prefectural certificate stamps available there?

We have a vending machine for revenue stamps and prefectural certificate stamps at the Passport room window.
This machine sells you these stamps only in pairs in fixed amount required for obtaining your passport.
Should you need them separately, please get them at the banking facility designated by the government or Fukui prefecture.
