Fukui Prefecture aims to create a Fukui where foreign residents can live in peace. The role of a community leader is threefold. -Providing lifestyle and disaster information to the foreign community in the prefecture. -Serving as a bridge for communication with local residents. -Serving as a leader of self-help and mutual aid in the event of a disaster. Notice of certification training ◆Date & Time Sunday, December 14, 2025 13:00–16:00 (Reception from 12:30) ◆Program ◎ Basic Training 13:00–13:50 ▶ Explanation of the Community Leader activities and networking among participants. ◎ Specialized Training 14:00–16:00 ▶ “Know and Feel Secure!
