Section Guide

Information Counter	We work to disseminate information regarding international cooperation and exchange, as well as information essential to day-to-day life for foreign residents.
Book and Resource Corner	We offer lending and browsing services from a collection of books on international exchange and cooperation, Japanese culture, cultures and countries abroad, studying abroad, and other topics. Also available are foreign language dictionaries, atlases, newspapers and magazines in foreign languages, and materials provided by embassies on reserve at the FIA Plaza.
Interpersonal Exchange Corner	This part of the Center can be used freely by patrons for browsing books and materials, study, or other purposes.
Conference Room & Study Room	These rooms are used, among other things, for Japanese language instruction for foreign residents and other non-native speakers of Japanese.
